Apple’s iPhone trade-in program is on

Satisfaction, satisfaction everywhere

Apple clearly wants to see their customers even more satisfied than before. It’s been said that their customer satisfaction reached about 97% last year.

The iPhone Upgrade Program was also a success.

Apple still offers a new iPhone every year including the security and protection of their famous AppleCare+ with only $32.41 per month.

The new iPhone trade-in Program…

Something similar is running right now! Apple has started a whole new iPhone Program for some time now. It’s called iPhone trade-in program. In general, this program offers a new iPhone by giving an old one back. Apple gives a gift card to the customer according to its old device in order to buy a new one of his/her choice. According to some resources, customers can expect trade-in values around $50 for an iPhone 5S, $200 for a 6, and $250 for a 6 Plus. That could be raised up depending on how much storage your phone has.

This program does not allow trades of iPhones with a cracked screen or significant damage elsewhere like the rear camera. From the beginning of February this has been changed. Apple started accepting iPhones with a broken display, cameras or even buttons within reason. They also added the option to have installations of screen protectors on iPhones by Apple Store employees. Apple doesn’t have its own screen protector in the market, but there is a collaborator – Belkin – that is ready to support them by providing great quality of screen protectors.

In conclusion

Apple hopes that with this program will encourage more customers to actually take advantage of it. This is a win-win program for both Apple and her customers as the one sells new phones and the others save more money on an updated device!
