Lenovo IdeaPad s6000

Lenovo IdeaPad s6000 is a classic case of “you get what you pay for”. Although it is a descent tablet for simple tasks, it comes with a long list of defects. We researched and reviewed all the negatives of this tablet and today we present you with the top 5 ones.

1. Dead pixels on screen

It has been repeatedly reported that not long after purchasing the tablet many users have experienced dead pixels on the right top corner of their tablet. Parts of the screen display are missing or white rectangles appear. This kind of malfunction is unacceptable even for tablets of this price.

2. Screen blinking

After the dead pixels now this? At first glance you might think that this might be a rare problem but unfortunately it is not!!! Even a few days after its purchase users experience screen blinking. White or black stripes appear blinking on the screen. In some cases it is permanent whereas in some other cases it comes and goes. Lenovo should really put more effort in their products before releasing them.

3. Front Camera is very bad

This does not come as a surprise. Even though the price range of this tablet excuses at some degree the bad quality of the camera, it is still very bad compared to its competitors. The quality of the camera is basically rubbish!!! It Is so bad that it’s like not having a camera at all.

4. Graphics quality is poor

Are you a fun of games? Do you want a tablet that you can take in you free time and enjoy game playing? Well if you are considering buying this tablet you are out of luck. Lenovo s6000 has terrible graphics and very low performance when it comes to games. Unless you are satisfied with simple puzzle games that don’t require extreme graphics we don’t really recommend buying this tablet.

5. Slow – Laggy – Unresponsive screen

As expected Lenovo IdeaPad s6000 becomes slow and laggy after some use. Sometimes it is so slow that you have to restart it. In addition to its slow performance, it appears that after some time of use its screen becomes quite unresponsive to an extent. Users have to touch the screen multiple times to get a response. At this point we have to note that this problem might not appear so often if you take very good care of your tablet, but it is still a serious problem.
