Metroid Prime 4 release date leaks online

Finally!

Arguably one of the biggest and most anticipated games rumoured to hit the Switch this year, Metroid Prime 4’s release dates is something Nintendo has been keeping tightly under wraps.

While we still don’t know what the game is about or whether or not it will follow the formula of the previous games it is safe to say that fans can’t wait for any piece of news regarding this game.

But in case you’re sick of playing the waiting game, Czech online game retailer SuperGamer decided to go the way of Walmart Canada and have revealed the release date of Metroid Prime 4 on their page and it is Friday, 29th of November 2019.

Of course, the naysayers (and those who can read Czech) will say that the picture above says “planned release date 29.11.2019”. I refer those people to the next picture.

This screenshot, also taken from the same page, clearly states that the game will be in stock on the 29.11.2019 (marked with a green arrow). It makes sense for Metroid Prime 4 to release in the holiday period, when Nintendo can push the game heavily with a large marketing budget and try to sell as many Switch consoles as possible.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for this game. Only 10 months (and change) to go.

UPDATE, January 25, 2019: Nintendo has officially announced that Metroid Prime 4 is restarting development with Retro Studios now in charge. This will undoubtedly push the game’s release further than the projected 2019 date.
